Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Welcome to the World, 2008! We are looking forward to a great New Year! What a crazy 2007 we had -- but it was fun and full of blessings. We had a great holiday break and are doing our best to adjust back to "real life". Here's a quick recap of our Holiday...

Sam was one of the wise men at the live nativity at our church. The kids loved seeing him dressed up, but most of all they loved the real animals there (sheep, donkeys, etc). Maddie's baby, Resa, was the back up baby Jesus:)

Next the kiddos had their Christmas with Ms Delores. They sure have missed her over the break!

After that we spent the weekend before Christmas at Nana & Gramps house with Kevin, Becky, Camden, Ashley & Jon. It was fun having the whole family together. We went to see the amazing light display at a park. The boys were rockin out to Jon's new Guitar Hero. Maddie joined in with her new guitar.

On Christmas Eve went went to church with Granny, Pop, Anna, Rob, Will & Cat. Then we all spent the night together at Granny & Pop's house. The kids really look forward to that! Granny made all of the kids matching PJs and they were so cute. Pop read "Twas the Night Before Christmas" before bed. They got up around 5:30 to see what Santa had left. Ben, Melanie, Ruthie & Parker met us Christmas morning and we all celebrated Jesus' birthday together. It was so much fun.

After Christmas Nana & Gramps came to Jax between Christmas & New Years. Nana and the kids made sugar cookies and there was flour all over the place! We ate a ton more food (gotta get it in before the resolutions kick in), watched a ton of football and actually stayed up until midnight to ring in the new year.

We are looking forward to what 2008 will bring and pray that you all have a blessed new year! Love ya, SJM&J
