We weren't going to get a Santa picture this year...just didn't feel like fighting the crowds and Jake is a little freaked out by Santa. But, we went to Regency Mall today to kill some time and ride the train and we stopped by the Santa area which was empty, so we had no excuse. It actually turned out to be a pretty cute picture...
...much better than our 2006 shot, if you recall (and we skipped 2007 due to still being traumatized)...
