We took a trip to the beach with Nana & Gramps and celebrated Maddie's birthday & the fourth of July. It was the kids first time boogy boarding and they loved it. They were my little surfer kids:)
For Maddie's birthday, instead of a big party, she had her cousin Ruthie spend the night. They both got their ears pierced and we went out for tea the next day. They were very brave getting their ears pierced and they both look so big and pretty!

We also had fun hanging out with Melanie, Ben, Ruthie and Parker. Any visit to the pool is fun!
Maddie and her friends had a book/scrapbook club every Tuesday during the summer. They would discuss their books, work on their scrapbooks (to track what they did all summer), have lunch, play on the water slide and just hang out. The siblings liked to tag along and play as well.

We also celebrated Cat's 4th birthday this summer. What a big girl!!! 
We're looking forward to a great school year and Fall!
